The following documents should be submitted when
applying for Brazil visa:
A valid passport;
The Visa
Request Form must be electronically filled; The protocal page ( with barcode) must be printed,
signed and put alone with your passport and other necessary documents, include:
1. Photocopy of flight itinerary;
2. Letter from the employer or from the canadian organization to which the candidate is attached, assuming full responsibility and informing dates, contact in Brazil and detailed explanation of the business in Brazil.
3. One 3 x 4 cm. size photo.
