• Download and fill one Visa Application Form;
• 2 latest photos;
• Valid passport and the validity period of the passport should cover at least six months from the date of the issuance of the visa;
• Copy of International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever;
• Hotel reservations or letter of invitation;
