The following documents should be submitted when
applying for Indonesia visa:
Original passport, must be submitted and be valid
for more than 6 (six) months for a (single entry)
and 18 (eighteen) months for multiple entries, from
the date of exit from Indonesia.
One visa
application; (must be completed in full)
2 (two) recent (must be taken within the last 4 months) Canadian passport-size photos
Complete round trip airline electronic ticket. leaving Canada to and from Indonesia to another country. The airline ticket must be printed with the heading of the agent where the ticket was purchased.
For Non-Canadian citizen: Proof of resident permit.
Please provide the copy of the original document.
For Non-Canadian citizen: a letter from your Employer
in Canada, stating your employment, purpose of visit
and length of travel to Indonesia.
