The following documents should be submitted when applying for India visa:

• Fill and submit online ELECTRONIC INDIAN VISA APPLICATION FORM, then print the completed form (Read the Guide to Electronic Visa application form);
• Fill and sign Declaration form;
• One recent 51 x 51 mm color photograph (It is imperative that the photograph submitted with the application must follow the given size);
• Additonal Information for Business Visa:
  1. A letter from the applicant’s company /organization in Canada.
  2. An invitation letter from India indicating the nature of applicant’s business, duration of stay, the places and firms to be visited in India.
  3. Fill and sign one Business information sheet.
